Description
Swim at your own pace. You will begin to explore more advanced swim skills such as surface dives, stride jump, treading skills and all strokes and kicks. You will continue to develop your lifesaving and self rescue techniques. Prerequisite: Successful completion of or skill ability equal to Adapted Ultra Swim - Intermediate.
