Description
Develop skills through play with recreational ball hockey. Players of all levels can register to join the fun and participate in structured scrimmages or small-sided games where staff ensure rules are followed and participation is balanced. There is no formal instruction.
Equipment: Players must bring a CSA-approved helmet. Eye protection and hockey gloves are recommended.
