Youth Council

Join your local Youth Council for the opportunity to gain valuable life experiences. This informal board, that gives a voice for youth in the community and is typically associated with an organization or a government body, like a municipality, provides recommendations and guidance around issues affecting young people. In addition to informing government, Youth Council members may also act upon issues of importance to them and facilitate the involvement of young people in local governance and decision-making.
