Description
Take on the challenge of improving your fitness and endurance. In this second level of the Challenge Swim program, you will learn about relay dynamics, breaststroke and butterfly starts while continuing to work on flip and stroke turns, interval training and swimming drills. Work towards a 400-metre continuous swim in a non-competitive environment where you will aim to improve your swim times and skills.
Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 7 or Challenge Bronze.
