Description

Classes will take place in the back field weather permitting. Classes will be held in the dry-pad on rain days. Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance and coordination. In soccer you will learn basics like kicking, passing and heading, as well as game rules through drills, practice and play.
