Description
The Rookie Patrol program focuses on performance with a 100-metre timed swim and 350-metre workouts. It also provides instruction on assessing conscious victims, treatment of bleeding, and contacting Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Prerequisite: Minimum age of 9 years old and successful completion or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 8.
