Description

Lace-up for lessons to improve your skating skills. Learn basics like balance and posture, falling and standing up and forward movement. As you gain confidence on the ice, you will work towards forward skating, gliding, stopping and backward skating.

Prerequisite: Able to stand and walk on skates with straight ankles off the ice.

Mandatory Equipment: Skaters must bring and wear a CSA-approved hockey helmet and hockey or figure skates.
