Description

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement with agility, balance and coordination. In multi-sport, you will learn a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, volleyball and more, through drills, practice and play. A caregiver must actively participate in this activity.
