Description

It's never too early or too late to learn to skate. Building on beginner skills and with a focus on edge development, you will learn crossovers, slalom skating, two foot turns, parallel stopping and backward circle thrusts.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Learn to Skate - Beginner or able to demonstrate forward and backward skating, gliding and stopping.

Mandatory Equipment: Skaters must bring (wear) a CSA-approved hockey helmet and hockey or figure skates.
