Description

A shallow water workout using the principles of cross training and high intensity interval training, providing a high intensity workout.

It is free to reserve a spot in this activity, fees may apply at the time of check in.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in with staff and pay for this swim. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your start time, your spot will be given to someone in the walk-in line. A printed receipt or a mobile screenshot is required at check in.

Participants are permitted to bring their own personal equipment.
