Dodgeball: Instructional

Instructional sports programs are designed to introduce sport-specific skills while improving fundamental movement skills such as agility, balance and coordination. In dodgeball, where the objective is to avoid getting hit and in turn eliminated, you will learn basics like throwing, catching, dodging and ducking as well as game rules through drills, practice and play.
