Description

Build core strength and improve flexibility with this head-to-toe workout. As you progress through slow-paced movements, performed in sequence, you will learn to incorporate an awareness of the spine and breath in this complete approach to well being. This class will use light weights, that will be provided. Must bring your own mat.
