Description

Bringing the principles of high-intensity interval training to the pool, this fast-paced activity uses a variety of exercises and is delivered in both shallow and deep water.

It is free to reserve a spot in this activity, fees may apply at the time of check in.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in with staff and pay for this swim. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of your start time, your spot will be given to someone in the walk-in line. A printed receipt or a mobile screenshot is required at check in.

Participants are permitted to bring their own personal equipment.
