Flexibility, strength, coordination and balance, gymnastics has it all. With a focus on improving strength and form, you will learn and practice skills such as front and back rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, leaps, jumps and turns on a variety of apparatuses. Prerequisite: Gymnastics (Beginner).
