Join this fun step aerobics class that involves stepping on and off a step platform and learning innovative choreography. Great for cardio as well as increasing bone mass and bone density. Sculpting intervals target muscle & fascia conditioning with the use of handheld weights, resistance loops and Pilates squishy balls.
