Description
Yin yoga has many physical and mental benefits. Postures are kept simple with long holds and target the connective tissue and fascia. You are guided throughout the class to bring your awareness back to the present moment and allowing you to be completely comfortable on a deeper level. This class is great for all levels and a perfect opportunity to take time for yourself. Please bring a yoga mat, layers of clothing (that you can add or remove) as well as a blanket. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their Parent/ Guardian.
