Description
Prerequisite: Swimmer 2. Practice your skills with an instructor in training. Children learn how to dive, somersault and handstand to develop weight-transfer skills. They will learn Swim to Survive® standards, whip kick on their back and develop front and back crawl. Once these skills are completed they will learn how to dive, tread water and swim underwater, do front and back crawl and how to breaststroke. Recommended: completed level 2 or 3.
