Learn lifesaving techniques and develop stroke efficiency and endurance. Bronze Medallion is a pre-requisite for the Bronze Cross certification. Includes a 400-metre timed swim. Requires proficiency in Swimmer 6 level, of the Swim For Life program. Must be 13+ years or have a Bronze Star certification.
