Description

Practice your skills with an instructor in training. Beginner swimmers will become comfortable in the water with and without help. Children will work on their floats, glides and kicking skills. After these skill are mastered, swimmers learn to be comfortable in deep water and falling sideways into the water while wearing a PFD.
