Description

Prerequisite: Swimmer 6. Children develop their front and back crawl, breaststroke, and complete a timed 100m swim and 350m workout. Swimmers will learn how to swim with clothes, ready position, feet-first/head-first surface dives, how to do a primary assessment and call EMS.
