Anxiety can come. It doesn't get to decide.
Ever talked yourself out of something before you even tried? Maybe your brain is really good at coming up with 47 reasons why something could go terribly wrong.
ANYWAY isn't about getting rid of anxiety or becoming fearless. We'll get curious, try things out, laugh, make mistakes, and test some of the things our brains tell us. Learn how to feel anxious and still speak up, meet new people, take a risk, or do the thing your brain is telling you not to do.
You don't have to be fearless. You don't have to feel ready.
Do it ANYWAY.
