A gentle, floor-based core class focused on improving mobility, alignment, and core stability. Through supported, low-impact exercises, participants will work their deep abdominal muscles to stabilize the core, which may help ease lower back discomfort and improve hip balance and alignment. Suitable for all abilities.
This class is taught by Lisa, a Neuromuscular Therapist and certified fitness instructor.
