A multi-week body sculpting class for women. This class focuses on various body parts through endurance and strength training. Each week, participants will receive a take-home workout and engage in an intense body-burn session using free weights. This class is ideal for women who already have a basic understanding of resistance training.
Drop-ins may be available for $17, space permitting.
