Description
A low-impact aquatic cardio class that targets balance, flexibility, co-ordination, core strength and stretching in the pool. The goal is to decrease stiffness and pain in the joints. This class is designed for older adults however all ages are welcome to participate.
Drop-ins may be available for if minimum numbers are reached. Space is limited.
