Ready to level up your training? Iron Goddess Level 2 is for women who have experience with fitness and want to safely push beyond their comfort zones. This dynamic class blends muscular strength and endurance training techniques, helping you move past lighter weights and into a new realm of strength. Under the watchful eye of a personal trainer, you'll focus on progressive overload, form refinement, and proper lifting mechanics to sculpt your body and increase overall power. Expect encouragement, empowerment, and results.
