Description

If you're new to weight training, returning after a break, or feeling unsure about your technique, this class is designed with you in mind. Iron Goddess Level 1 focuses on building a strong foundation through proper form, body alignment, and fundamental strength movements. Led by a certified personal trainer in a supportive small-group setting, you'll increase your muscular endurance, improve confidence, and tone your body—while learning safe and effective lifting practices. No intimidation, no judgment—just progress at your pace with guidance every step of the way.

Drop-ins may be available for $17, space permitting.
