These feel-good, move-your-body classes blend dance, martial arts, and body alignment practices to build whole body fitness. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.
Every Nia class has 3 levels of intensity for personalized conditioning to suit any level of fitness. Nia is done bare foot to eclectic world music.
Register for 1 or 2 classes per week - get 20% off the second class if you register in concurrent Nia with Jan classes.
