Tai Chi facilitates relaxation and helps align and tone the body while improving breathing, balance, body awareness and mental focus. This class is for students who already have some experience in Tai Chi. The focus is on the Yang-Style 37 posture Short-Form. Yang-Style Tai Chi is the most popular style in the world. The movements are easy to learn and well known to improve overall health and well-being in people of all ages.
