Description

Refining fundamental skills; Introduction of strokes, basic lifesaving, and endurance. Equivalent to Red Cross Swim Kids or LSS Swimmer Level 2 / 3. Develop one or more swimming strokes, working toward proficiency and increased endurance. You choose the strokes; your instructor helps to set your goals and priorities.
