Description

Essentrics is a dynamic, full body workout that combines stretching and strengthening, while engaging muscles all over your body. Through standing and floor work, this class will increase your flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned, and pain-free body.

Registration will reserve you a spot. You will need to pay when you arrive or use a clip-card.
