Improve strength, balance and flexibility to support recovery from a fall. Warm water is an ideal, safe environment to improve agility, strength and coordination.
- Everyone coming in for a class must register in the time slot.
- Registration holds your spot.
- You will need to show your pass or Pay when you arrive.
Cancellation Information:
- If you are unable to come to your reservation time, please give at least four (4) hours notice before your swim time so that we can fill your spot with a participant from the waiting list.
