Activities include range of motion, core strength, cardio, balance, flexibility and strength training designed to improve your health.
Everyone coming in for a class must register in the time slot.
Registration holds your spot.
You will need to show your pass or Pay when you arrive.
Payment methods: debit (no tap) or cash.
Credit cards are not accepted for day use.
Cancellation Information:
- If you are unable to come to your reservation time, please give at least four (4) hours notice before your swim time so that we can fill your spot with a participant from the waiting list.
