Description

Join us for Zumba Gold.

Zumba Gold is for active older adults looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The class introduces easy to follow moves that focus on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

Registration will reserve you a spot. You will need to pay when you arrive or use a clip-card.

Cancellations can be done online up to 24 hours before your program begins. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your program begins, please call 905-688-5601 x 1570.
