Description

Donna will lead you though yoga and Pilates brought together to provide a workout that uses just your body. This is a floor-based workout, however a chair can be used for some of the class.

Registration will reserve you a spot. You will need to pay when you arrive or use a clip-card.

Cancellations can be done online up to 24 hours before your program begins. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your program begins, please call 905-688-5601 x 1570.
