Description

Join Eric for a fun fitness class using light weights and resistance bands, equipment will be provided!

Registration will reserve you a spot. You will need to pay when you arrive or use a Play Card.

Cancellations can be done online up to 24 hours before your program begins. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your program begins, please call 905-688-5601 x 1570.

Facility will be open approximately 15 minutes before class. Please do not arrive earlier than this.
