Description

Hatha Yoga refers to a set of physical exercises and sequences of poses connected with the breath to balance the mind and the body.
Release deeply held tensions - soothe your nervous system - strengthen & tone your body - improve your balance and relax and clear your mind.


Please bring your own yoga mat.

Registration will reserve you a spot.
You will need to pay when you arrive or use a Play Card.
