This practice pairs movement to breath. We flow with our breath through controlled motions that help build strength and endurance. This class is a nice way to calm the mind and release stress and a great way to start your day.
This class is perfect for all fitness levels and provides a holistic approach to well-being.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Registration will reserve you a spot.
You will need to pay when you arrive or use a Play Card.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. Payment MUST be made at the Kiwanis Reception desk prior to entry.
