Description
Join us for a cardiovascular workout designed to strengthen legs, arms and core.
Water shoes or clean running shoes are mandatory to participate.
Apparel to protect the inside of thighs while riding in the water. ie Bike Shorts is highly recommended.
Classes will run for one hour. The first 10 minutes of each class will be dedicated to providing individual fit on each bike for each patron, and the last 5 minutes for bike removal.
During the first class, the instructor will fit and adjust the bikes for each participant. The familiarization and orientation with regards to hand/body positioning will be covered during the class format, along with intensity manipulations and conditioning drills.
Fitness play cards and fitness passes are not eligible to be used for this program.
