Description

This class is for participants who have completed Adult 3 or who are able to swim 100 m continuously. The goal of this class is to promote and encourage fitness through the sport of swimming, to improve the swimming level of participants through stroke improvement and basic workouts. Program is flexible and can be personalized to meet individual needs.
