Description
You will work on two interval training workouts of 4 x 25 m kicking. You will work towards being able to perform dive entries, stride entries and compact jumps. You will learn eggbeater and how to support yourself at the surface for 1-2 minutes. You will refine your front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke, while increasing your endurance to complete a 300 m workout and 25-50 m sprint.
Prerequisite: 12 years of age, beginner non-swimmer.
