This full-body introductory fitness class is designed for adults, combining strength, balance, and mobility training to enhance everyday movement and confidence. Using light resistance, controlled exercises, and supportive guidance, participants build stability, tone muscles, and improve overall functional fitness.
Registration will reserve you a spot. You will need to pay when you arrive or use a clip-card.
