This intermediate fitness class challenges adults to build lean muscle, boost endurance, and improve overall athletic performance through dynamic, full-body workouts. Combining resistance training, core stability, and functional movement patterns, it’s designed to elevate fitness levels and enhance strength, power, and stamina.
