Description
This full-body strength and balance fitness class focuses on building overall strength, improving balance, and enhancing functional fitness through a variety of exercises and equipment, suitable for all fitness levels. Expect exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and other equipment to build strength and muscular endurance. The class will incorporate exercises that challenge and improve balance and stability, reducing the risk of falls and promoting functional movement. The instructor will guide you through proper form and offer modifications to suit different fitness levels.
