Join us for a Chair yoga class.
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or using the chair for support. Whether you are looking to unwind, or looking for a gentle way to improve strength and flexibility this class is for you.
No prior experience needed, please bring your own yoga mat.

Registration will reserve you a spot. You will need to pay when you arrive or use a Play Card.
