This 45-minute class focuses on full-body strength and conditioning using dumbbells, bodyweight movements, and core training.

Led by Jen Grossi, a certified fitness instructor with over 20 years of experience, each session helps you improve form, increase strength, and challenge yourself in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

All levels are welcome. You will learn modifications and progressions so you can work at a pace that feels right for you. Dumbbells and mats are provided.
