This is a great program if you already participate in Tai Chi, or Chair Yoga. While this class is meant to be from a standing position, modifications can be made for those who prefer to be seated.
This mindful practice promotes circulation, balance, stress relief, and overall vitality while calming the mind.
Suitable for all levels, it’s a nurturing way to boost health, focus, and inner harmony.
No prior experience needed, please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and indoor shoes.
Registration will reserve you a spot. You will need to pay when you arrive or use a clip-card.
