Tai Chi is a gentle Chinese Martial Art characterized by a constant flow of movement, linking one posture into the next. There is no maximum stretching during Tai Chi but gentle expansion and contracting in constant motion like waves in the sea.
Seated Tai Chi is designed for people who cannot stand up, or who can only stand for very short periods. All exercises are done while sitting down. All abilites are welcome.
Class consists of Autogenic Stress Relief Exercises, Gentle Major Joint Rotation Exercises, Seated 8 Brocade Qigong, Seated Tai Chi Ball Exercises, Seated 24 Posture Tai Chi Chuan.
No previous Tai Chi Chuan or Qigong experience is necessary.
