Join our instructor Jena for a low impact strength and stretch class.
In this class we will help you to get stronger and improve flexibility with simple exercises and stretches using bands light weights and assistance from the ballet barre. We will focus on posture, mobility and gentle total body strengthening.
It is a great way to connect with your community and meet new people.
Please bring a yoga mat as we will spend the majority of the class on the mat. Some mats will also be available to borrow.
