Description

Improve posture, stretch muscles, develop muscular strength and work the cardiovascular system through a variety of function and mobility exercises.

  • Everyone coming in for a class must register in the time slot.
  • Registration holds your spot.
  • You will need to show your pass or Pay when you arrive.
