Description

In this class swimmers (10yrs and older), will develop problem solving and decision making skills individually and in partners. Participants learn how to keep a cool head and take charge in an emergency. Emphasis is on swimming skills and lifesaving fitness. Development of Water Smart confidence and the lifesaving skills needed to be their own personal lifeguard. The Bronze Star award is excellent preparation for success in the Lifesaving Society's Bronze Medallion program.
